Can you draw what your book will be about?

Did you know: According to Google, 129,864,880 million books had been published as of 2010. That number is obviously a lot higher now. So when you say out loud “Ugh, can’t find a good book to read,” know that you have a lot to choose from.

Challenge #2

Can you draw how big your book will be?

Did you know: Longest In Search of Lost Time by Marcel Proust is the longest novel which exists. This masterpiece made its mark in Guinness Book of World Records and could quite easily double up as a mightily effective doorstop with 13 volumes clocking up nearly 1.3 million words. The largest book in the world is The Klencke Atlas at 1.75 meters tall (about 5 feet 9 inches) and 1.90 meters wide (about 6 feet 3 inches when open).

Challenge #3

Can you draw the people that will love reading the book you write or make?

Did you know: When it comes to young readers, learning new words is a big step towards a greater love of literacy. In a year, children could learn between 4,000-12,000 new words from reading books! Reading for 15 minutes a day can really add up. You'd have read over 1,000,000 words in a year!
