Celebrated on March 12th
The Girl Scout Cookie Program is the largest girl-led business in the world. Girl Scouts sell about 200 million boxes of cookies—nearly $800 million worth—during each cookie season.
The Girl Scout sign is three fingers held up (not the thumb of pinky), and the three fingers represent the three parts of The Girl Scout Promise. On my honor, I will try: To serve God and my country, To help people at all times, And to live by the Girl Scout Law. The Girl Scout Law I will do my best to be honest and fair, friendly and helpful, considerate and caring, courageous and strong, and responsible for what I say and do, and to respect myself and others, respect authority, use resources wisely, make the world a better place, and be a sister to every Girl Scout.
Not every Cookie made the grade And now, a moment of silence for the Cookies that crumbled under the pressure, couldn't take the heat, and got burned. Fruity Mango Cremes, jam-filled Iced Berry Pinatas, zesty, chip-studded Lemon Drops... we'll never forget.
